Come and relax in this very spacious bay front home located in Surf City. This home is set up to make it very easy for multi-family vacations, there are 2 bedrooms on the first floor along with the kitchen, living and dining areas. There are two eating areas on the first floor along with the great bay views afforded by the wall to wall windows. On the second floor there are 2 additional bedrooms and a family room with a ping pong table. The 3rd floor can actually used as a Master Suite - there is a huge master bedroom with a bath in the hall, then a sitting area with access to a covered deck..
Outside there is a huge deck with more than enough seating and of course, the dock - owner request that boats be tied up to docking posts. Owner provides pillows and blankets/comforters for your use.
