We had a great stay. Apartment is close to trains or a quick Uber or Lyft to the heart of Boston. The apartment size is ample, beds are very comfortable. Plenty of storage as well. The owner, Charles, was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. If you have a difficult time with stairs this may not work for you. There are a lot of stairs to Luke 2 and they are narrow. Otherwise it was great !!

Family vacation

This place was perfect for me, my kids and inlaws. Plenty of space for our short getaway. The owner was super communicative and helpful. Had a play pen for a little one which was perfect for us. Also had a playground behind the unit. Cute little balcony for morning coffee. All around great place to stay.

Great stay we had 7 adults. Location was great. 10 min walk to the train station to go in and explore Boston. The beds were all very comfortable. Fresh linens and towels provided. Over all stay was great. Charles was fantastic to deal with and very responsive ! Would recommend

The location was great if you don’t want the hustle and bustle of the city. We were near many dining options both local and chain restaurants. There was a park just behind the condo for kids to let out energy. Charles was super attentive and was able to take care of a couple of things that came up during our stay. I think the only negative was that the parking is tandem and shared with the unit below, but Charles made it easy for both units to communicate when cars needed to be moved.

Nicely updated and quiet location

We stayed for a few days and the apartment was perfect for our family. It was clean and the host was responsive. It’s a quiet location with a park nearby for the kids that included a water play area to cool off. It was walking distance to a convenience store and pizza place. It was a short drive to the T station to head into the city. Would stay again.

Great location right just outside city

The goods - Location was convenient for short drive or ubber into the city. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Very clean and provided plenty of towels and blankets for everyone. The downs - the stairs are steep and would not recommend for anyone that has issues with stairs. There is no pull out queen bed in common area just couch with trundle bed . Parking is very peculiar, one space and you have to coordinate with the downstairs renters if you are parking front of eachother, we got lucky and downstairs people parked first and ubber end everywhere so we never had issues. the rest of parking is on a very VERY narrow street that we almost got ticketed last day due to street sweeping. Overall though very great place and would recommend for other travelers

The property is good for the price. The area is residential with basically no amenities within walking distance. The parking is shared so you have to arrange with the other tenants staying in house.

First time New England Trip for FL ladies

The location was great. The off-street parking was a plus! They have done a great job at renovating this property. There is plenty of space to sleep and socialize. The location was PERFECT for a day in Salem and then the next day in Boston. I would definitely stay here (or recommend to others) again!

Comfy home , great location

With exorbitant hotel prices in Boston , staying at this home made it affordable for our family to have a vacation in this city . The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood which was only about 20-30 minute Uber ride to all main attractions in the city . There’s quite a few convenience stores nearby and a great coffee shop within walking distance. Place was very homey and clean and had all the basic amenities. We were very satisfied with our stay

comfortable stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. We were very comfortable, found the entire apartment spotless, was centrally located, parking was easy with the driveway steps away, so we would absolutely recommend staying here. Five stars given for sure, but I'm going to give a tiny suggestion which I would have appreciated and that is placing a dresser in each room. I missed having drawers and surface for personal items, thats all, hope it helps.
