Pros- Apartment itself is extremely spacious and clean/modern. Quiet, easy check in/check out process Cons- Probably won’t be able to hold your bags on the weekends prior to 4 which sucked. Fitness facilities out of order.

Spacious quarters, thats about it

The room is spacious, yes. However: 1. There are no shades in the room and if you are a lighr sleeper, bring a sleeping mask. 2. The bedroom doors do not close all the way and the sunlight from the non shaded windows comes in, early. 3. The mattress in the pullout couch is terrible. You can feel every spring. 4. The sheets on the bed were scratchy. Bring your own if you want to sleep in comfort. 5. The batbroom is small. Very small. Two people can not be in there at the same time. 6. There is no shelf in the shower for your products, meaning everything is left on the floor. Hard for people with multiple back surgeries to reach down. 7. Parking nearby is very, very expensive.

Family of 6, 5 adults and 1 child, I pre-ordered and prepaid early check-in and a rollaway bed for my son. The rollaway bed was not there at check-in, I called customer assistance and they said there was nothing they could do and were very indifferent to the fact that my son didnt have a place to sleep on the day of hos 10th birthday! Good location but horrible customer service!

From the moment we walked in the property the air conditioner/fan/heater thermostat was not working. I nicely asked the front desk twice to help fix and they said they messaged the property manager each time. It was never fixed so I called the only number provided and emailed multiple times. No one ever addressed the issue or replied! Our entire 2 days was in a stuffy place with no air or circulation. None of us could sleep well. Never had such a terrible experience.

Check-in: This is not a hotel but a property management company leasing out their apartments for short term stays. They required photos of my ID and credit card to be sent via an online form, which was not very secure; there was no way to show my ID and credit card at the property during check-in without digital copies being sent to headquarters insecurely. They also have additional, unclear, and incomplete terms and conditions that they force you to accept during that process. Cleanliness: The towels and sheets came wrapped in closed plastic bags, but they still had numerous long, black hairs inside the packaging. Overall: I was also overcharged for my stay. My hotels.com receipt showed a lower total than what this property ultimately charged me on my credit card statement. (Not an exchange rate issue--I booked in USD and was charged in USD).

Nice location, clean small studio apartment. Check in was easy but the guy at the reception was not friendly yet, he was bossy. We had some issues with using the TV and called the numbers that were provided and no one did answer. High ceilings, big windows and indoor lighting were great.

Seeing some bad reviews, I was optimistic in booking this place for myself, my wife and our 2 young kids. We booked a one bedroom with a pull out sofa in the living room. The bedroom door was missing and this issue was never resolved. The pull out sofa was the worst we’ve ever experienced. The neighbour beside us was also having issues with communication, as their fridge did not work for their multiple day stay. The property is new, clean and well located, but the customer service and communication was terrible.
