Rooms are OK, a little dated. The breakfast is far too expensive, and the $ 20-per-day parking charge is outrageous for a suburban hotel with a huge parking lot. I won't stay here again.

I was checked in and when I asked why my ID was not checked for security ID (I placed it on the counter and he never looked at it), I was told by your front desk agent that he "didn't need to" because my ccard name was the same as on the reservation. WOW!! That is a complete breach of security. I have traveled for business and stayed in your hotels almost weekly for years and this was downright concerning. He finally admitted he should have checked it after I called him out, though he had already handed me my key card and gicen me access to your hotel and my room without even knowing who I actually was. Fix this. I am gravely concerned that you charged my card and handed a key to me without checking my actual identity. That is completely unsafe and incredibly concerning. I am tremendously shocked and wildly disappointed. Frightening.

I paid for concierge lounge which was closed when I arrived, room key not working 3x having to go downstairs multiple times and at one point leaving my pregnant wife outside locked. Kids running in the hallway loud noisy, Netflix didn’t work just a total disappointment for a titanium member. I would like a refund I have stayed last year 106 nights with marriot.
