Room was clean but several items or features were in disrepair. We returned from our event at 1:00 am and checked out at 7:30 am so the hotel served its purpose. We will most likely stay elsewhere next time.

Bulb in the room was out. Reported but not fixed by chrckout. Drawer by the bed would not close and blocked access to the left side of the bed. The chair at the desk was so worn that that it was shedding on my clothes. The room was dated and needed updating. Breakfast was good though busy and tablrs needed to be bussed better to provide better access to seeting. TV could not get local Boston Stations. Needed extra blanket and pillow. None were found..

This was so horrendous. I couldn't even stay the night. I walked into time room and as soon as i saw the unmade bed covered in human bodily fluids i called down, got a refund, and left.

The property was easily accessible and safe. Parking was easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Overall, an excellent stay. We had one issue with the cleaning staff. We asked them to clean our room when we left for the day. We returned to the room that evening and nothing had been touched. Not a big deal. We can clean up after ourselves, but expected more.
