(includes out door patio in Sq FT) Sleeps 6-8 comfortably, 2 bedroom, 3 Full bath, Dining Room, Full Kitchen, Washer & Dryer, Hot Tub on Terrace, bar-b-q grill. Unit is available for Rent, week 24 Friday June 12- Friday June 19th, 2020 $575 Per Night to rent for 7 days (if you are interested in a shorter stay email me to arrange). Located directly behind the Office on Medano Beach. Easy to walk to town and the Marina, Unit #11.

Enjoy this Amazing Penthouse Suite for less than the resort charges for a regular 2 Bedroom Suite. The Penthouse's have a full extra bathroom, hot tub and vaulted ceilings and are much roomier.
