Everything was pretty good except for two things. First the temperature control was off the first day and it was super hot overnight. Second, the pillows... The pillows have the characteristic of cheap synthetic pillows which are firm and high. RIP to your neck if you are not a side sleeper.

We had a great upgrade. There was a large room with everything we needed. We were impressed. The only problem we had is that the room was very hot. We tried to turn down the heat but the temperature was not going down so we shut off the heat altogether. Also the pillows were very hard and plump. We would have liked a softer option.

First night A/C was out and actually made my room hot when I was in the shower to 24° they brought me a fan Parking wasn’t great since my truck was to big for Valet underground parking, where I had to be on the app every 2 hours to pay for parking

Staff was reall friendly and helpful- room was spotless and well appointed. Considerate details in the continental breakfast such as multiple dairy alternatives, various jams, and almond butter. The hashbrowns and eggs were good too.
