《 PETS 》 Pets are NOT allowed at the property. Evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $250.00 fine charged to guests and the host may cancel guests reservation without a refund.

《NO PARTIES》 No parties and/or large social gatherings. No events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays without prior consent. There is a $1250.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.

《 NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS》 All guests must be registered for liability purposes.
➀A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.**

《 SECURITY CAMERA 》 Under no circumstances is the security camera(s) to be removed, disabled or tampered with in any way that is found on the exterior of the property. This security camera captures activity outside of the property only. Any cameras removed, disabled or tampered will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable and booking is subject to cancellation withoud refund.

《 CHECK-OUT TIMES 》 Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations. ➀$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am as our cleaners are on tight schedules.

《 GARBAGE 》 Garbage, recycling, and organic wastes is to be disposed of properly and up to city regulation. **$50.00 surcharge charged to guest who fail to follow proper waste protocol. Our cleaners will have to dedicate time to re-sort the garbage correctly.**

《 FURNITURE 》 No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture. **$100.00 surcharge charged to guests that fail to comply with this rule. (Unless otherwise specified)

《 LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS 》 Please lock all windows and doors if you are not home and upon check-out.

《 LIGHTS 》 Please turn off lights when not in use. Please make sure all lights are turned OFF at the time of check-out and when not in the property.

《 DAMAGES/ADDITIONAL CLEANING 》Charges apply for broken, stolen, damaged, and/or additional cleaning needed in the property at the repair/replacement/labor cost plus 20% service fee.

《 CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES 》 ➀Please wash, clean and put all dishes away. Cleaning dishes is not included in the cleaning fee. ➀Please place all used towels and linens on the floor next to the bathroom. ➀Please throw all waste away prior to check-out. ➀We appreciate guests who respect the home and encourage guests to leave the home in good condition to keep our cleaning fees reasonable so we can continue to offer guests an amazing experience.

《 KEYS & REMOTES 》 Lost keys and garage remotes are subject to a replacement fee of $100. Please leave keys and garage remotes in the basket there were found at the time of check-out. Keys and garage remotes that are not returned will be deemed lost and may be subject to replacement fees. ✩

《 RESERVATION EXTENSION POLICY 》✩ Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note, we require a 48 hour notice MINIMUM prior to checkout time to extend without penalty. All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners. Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.

Points forts : Propreté
Our stay in Calgary was great. The house was exactly as described, clean, and the location was excellent. Our host Steven was very responsive via the app for questions before and during our stay. The house has a single car garage, but we had 2 vehicles so one was parked on the street just around the corner from the house. Steven helped get both cars registered for street parking which was quite easy. We never had an issue finding a parking spot close to the house. The house came with plenty of soap, shampoo, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. so we didn't have to purchase any of that during our stay - a really nice touch compared to some other places I've rented in the past. We did a couple small loads of laundry and the dryer seemed to take longer than usual to dry clothes, but it did eventually get them dry. The AC worked well, but it is a 3 story house basement, so the lower floors stayed very cold while the upper floors were much warmer - not really a big deal as the weather was mostly cool during our stay. Overall our stay at the property was great with no complaints. If I had to give some constructive feedback, the house condition did feel like a short term rental with lots of minor cosmetic scuffs, scratches, and nicks around the interior of the house. Not really a deal breaker for a short term VRBO stay, but some minor touch ups around the property would make it feel like a brand new house again.
