The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly. We were impressed with the quality of the hotel - great value for your money! We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel restaurant, as the food was a bit pricey. However, we appreciated the complimentary drinks at the lounge. I would only recommend that you bring bottled water for drinking. The hotel water has a swampy smell and taste. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Great spot, decent restaurant. Clean and friendly. The staff at bar and restaurant were great food good. As with many hotels I’m finding that the lighting in the bathroom is terrible, this could use improvement, my only fault. Great place. We’d stay again.

Loved the location from the airport. The restaurant staff was extremely friendly, especially Mr. Rangu. The hamburger and fries at the restaurant was delicious. There are not a lot of food options in the area, so the restaurant is very convenient.

Great customer service, airport transfer and food at the restaurant was good. AC in room needs to improve; didn’t matter what you had it on, it only blew cold air a minute at a time and then would go to just blowing like a fan for 30 minutes. Pillows are hard and lumpy.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel 11, MOD A Sonesta Collection. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the property was spotless throughout. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing and upscale. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Calgary — I’ll definitely stay here again!
