The service and the quality of food was extremely poor. Everything is about 60% of where it should be. Room service? Yes they have it, but wait 90 minutes so you lose the wikll to order it again. Yes we have a steakhouse, if you like half inch top sirloin you're all set. Jacuzzi on your patio? Yes but we don't have hot water. 8 restaurants? Yes but maybe 4 open at any time. Technically the resort has everything as described, it the quality or the service is so bad you can't come here. Upselling at every opportunity. Putting 300 bottles of wine in the table during your dinner without telling you it's an upsell. I booked a spa with my resort credit but if course at checkout they say it doesn't count here and the salesperson is nowhere in sight. You just feel misled and scammed at every turn. Hard to relax when you're always watching out for trouble

Amazing location, it’s 45 mins away from the airport so keep that in mind but the quietness, exclusivity, and amenities make up for it. The staff is friendly and cleanliness was on point. Highly recommend paying an additional charge for Zentopia.
