Any resorts in Cancun area they all have pro and con include this one but when you bring it to staffs they collected all. There customer service are near perfect my honest rate is 4.8 or 4.9 out of 5

The staff was very friendly, our butler was amazing, anything we asked for he got done and in a timely manner. I also enjoyed the food. I didnt like that they kept coming in the room so often to clean and change the bed, even after you can see someone already cleaned. Also they took our towels and didnt replace them clean and dirty we had to keep requesting towels. They do have a button to press so they know when its ok to enter and not ok. But if you need your fridge restocked and keep the button on for them to restock they tend to redo everything.

I absolutely LOVEDDDDDD TRS Coral. I will be visiting again soon. Everything is luxury and top of the line. Their staff is incredible. I got the swim out junior suite for my birthday and they made it memorable. They even offer hookah services at your swim out. Perfect resort. I love it. By butler Lizbeth was such a sweet heart and very attentive. Great job!

This hotel was excellent. Areas well kept, restaurants very good. I will definitely go back and recommend this hotel. The BUTLERS WERE AMAZING!
