The whole place was spotlessly clean, the hot water was consistent and lovely, plus the staff were awesome. The continental breakfast was a little limited but there was coffee!!

There are small problems here that added up a little. The television was on the light switch and then required a full resetting of the input for cable television. There were instructions at the front desk, but this can be handled better. The ice machine was broken, which was a bummer, and the fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet engine!

Dirty, unsafe 30 year old or more ripped up carpet with huge stains everywhere on it in the corridors (hallway to all rooms. Toilet barely worked with a loud high pitched whine lasting 4-5 minutes, bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine rumble when turned on, tv didn’t work except for one channel. Bed frame was rod iron and not attached to the wall or floor with bed slats loud creaking every time we turned over. Carpet in rooms 30 years plus old, green, dirty. The ice machine on the first floor leaked all over the tile and was never cleaned up. Rooms were not cleaned or fresh towels brought in. Only thing that was ok was the bedding and towels were white and clean. Mattress was comfortable. We rented the two rooms there because the Hardman House is named after a family that lived there many years ago and I thought my family would like that it had history and I was born in Carson City. NO manager. DON’T STAY IN THIS DISGUSTING DUMP. EXPEDIA GET THIS RAT TRAP OFF YOUR SITE!!!!!!!!

The bed was very comfortable, room was clean. The entire hotel is non smoking, which is wonderful. We would stay here again if we are ever in Carson City again.

Kinda sucked!

The AC broke first night I was there. I messaged the manager to discuss this matter further but never heard back. Front desk receptionists were great. But, the hotel itself kinda sucked!

here is a note taken after the stay: hardman hotel: RM#208 squeaking ceiling broken flaucet/ no shower allowed carpet ripped in corridor notice on carpet “apologizing” silver curtain ripped notice on local residents forbidden only one kid staff no local repair worker old window old central air elevator screaming dripping water heard in elevator garage uncleaned notice on water cut off

Its a good hotel. Bed is comfortable and it was fine. Water took forever to get hot, phone didnt work, shower head was super short, im 5'6 and I looked over it. Coffee machine was dirty, breakfast was from 6 to 9 so we didnt eat, I'd stay again overall. Worth the price not really...
