The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good except for eggs . The exercise room needs a recumbent bike instead of three treadmills. The parking was fairly close.

The perfect location! We felt safe, there was delicious food within walking distance, and it was easy to get around the city from that location. We will stay there every time we visit Chi town!

Nice hotel. Room was ok. Smaller then i thought. If the trundle bed is pulled out... good luck walking in and out the room. My room was facing the train. Thst was fun to hear all night. We came for the Bears game and they said they were going to have a little area with chios and hand warmers. Where? Never saw it. Breakfast ends at 930 am. They pull all the food away on the dot. We missed it by 7 minutes. The staff here are friendly. Everyone was very nice.

Our family continues to choose this location for its convenient access to public transportation and close proximity to downtown. With so much to explore in nearby Chinatown, there’s always something to do. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff are consistently welcoming and helpful, making every stay enjoyable.
