Nice hotel, terrible customer service. It was a multi call ordeal to change the date by 1 day on our reservation. Pendry told us we had to contact hotels.com, so we did. The cust service rep from Hotels.com was great. She had to call the Pendry to ask the exact question we did and she was able to get our date moved. The few people we interacted with on the phone from the Pendry were the least helpful cust service people I’ve ever dealt with. There are way more options in that area of Chicago with far better customer service and we won’t be returning to the Pendry

The room was fantastic, the rest of the hotel (lobby, gym, bar) is spotless. We arranged an engagement photoshoot in the bar via Laura S (events coordinator) and she was unbelievably helpful in ensuring everything was done correctly and in line with hotel procedure. Will be staying again when we revisit Chicago!

lovely hotel with wonderful friendly staff, and the perfect location. The beds are lovely and comfortable and the hotel very pretty. However, they need to upgrade the quality of the food preparation. The offerings were very good but the actual preparation of the food was not in line with any of the other Pendry hotels we have stayed in.

A lovely hotel. From the complimentary beverage after check in, to the art deco feel throughout, carrying on to the crisp, clean room, and right down to the hand soap and hair products. Everything about it was warm and cozy! Will visit again!
