Favorite hotel in Chicago
Wonderful as always. This is my favorite place to stay in the city. It’s sophisticated, yet not pretentious. Location is perfect - everything is walkable. Service is outstanding. Rooms are great! Lobby lounge is my favorite to hang out or work.
