This property impressed us even before we walked in the door. We were warmly greeted throughout our stay by the bellmen out front. Their attention also added an extra sense of safety. The front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping staff were equally courteous and friendly. We loved the location. Easy walk to restaurants, the river, public transportation and Magnificent Mile. I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is great and the service was excellent, but I was charged the same amount that one usually pays at the high-priced hotels like the peninsula. I realize that it is due to the relative number of available rooms due to Lollapalooza. The price gouging though is disgusting
