If you choose to do valet but prepay for it, keep an eye on your invoice from the hotel. I prepaid parking through Spot Hero and was shocked to see the added valet charge on my bill. They got it fixed, but this is something they should be verifying. They never verified if I had my car parked with them.

Loved the hotel. It is in such a convenient location within walking distance to many popular places in downtown Chicago. Candice was so helpful with early check in and provided an overall smooth experience. The room was exactly like the pictures. My only complaint is the sewage/drainage smell that came from my bathroom. I kept the door closed most of the time. I enjoyed my city view on the 16th floor though. For a 2-night stay this was definitely a great choice. I will be returning.

Kind and courteous staff as well as valet parking staff. Clean hotel. Some say it's a bit dark in the hallways and the not having a microwave was a bummer as well.
