Nice hotel right on the riverside. All staff I interacted with were polite and professional. I had an issue with the safe in my room and reception said that they will inform maintenance. 10 minutes later maintenance show up and are unable to fix the issue so they ended up replacing the entire safe instead, even the maintenance man said he has never had to do that before. I'm very happy with the service I received here and would happily stay again.

Great downtown experience

The room was great, view gorgeous and all the hotel staff were welcoming and helpful! Location of the hotel is perfect to walk or take the metro. The restaurant had limited choices for breakfast but was nice enough and convenient.
