The hotel staff was great; however, on our last night there was 4 people sitting on the curb in the parking lot. We pulled in and a male yelled for us to cut the f@$&n lights as we were trying to park our car. As I was driving a rental, I tried to cut it off early as they were sitting eye level view to the cars lights in 2 parking spaces. When I told the male I was trying to cut it off and that it was a rental (also has auto lights that don’t cut off after the car shuts off for about 30 seconds) the males mom (he was 20-30 years old) started cussing me out using derogatory language. I had myself, my husband and 3 KIDS in the back seat asleep! She kept yelling as I kept explaining; it turned into an argument to where she came closer to fight me. I did not engage and the security came out. He got between us and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING as I was telling her and him that I had kids in the car to which she said “ I don’t give a f@&k whose in the car” and kept trying to escalate things! I told the security that he should call the police or make them leave to which he sided with them, told us to go to our rooms and did nothing to the 4 adults threatening me and my children! It is unsafe with that sort of “security” there and I don’t recommend families staying there if they won’t help you when threats arise! We had a great stay until that!!! The night prior there was more than 20 teens to kid-twenties partying it up in the parking lot around the property which didn’t bother us.

Not a great place to stay at all. Room had broken/cracked bathroom sink. Hair on the floor and walls in bathroom. Snot on the bathroom walls. People was partying all night and then arguing loudly At around 3am outside in parking lot. Seemed to me that people actually live at this hotel like long term!! Pool was closed and not available for use. Showed up early before check in and was told they had no restroom for me to use…. Completely bad place to stay and horrible customer service. Don do it!!! Go elsewhere..

The staff was Great !! But let's just say the room was not up to my standards.. and I wasn't the only living thing in there..I could not stay. I checked out and slept in my car somewhere else

The location was quiet and moderately clean. The place was quiet but super soft pillows reminded me to carry my own pillows.

I checked inn last nov 12,2019 Tuesday and checked out next day.It happened that I lost my AirPods at the hotel.i try to go back but I'm far already so I called the hotel to check my AirPods and they said they gonna check but it been 30 mins they didn't call so I try track my AirPods in my find my AirPods.and still there.they call back after but they said its not there.The apps that track the AirPods says it in Chula Vista Inn.its so disappointing that they are lying.Her name is Sophia the receptionist who said its not there.Its really feel me angry that this hotel is lying and covering up.Im not Recommend this Hotel for a night just be careful if check in.Please advise the management to check there people.Sadly Honesty is not there Priority!!!just Be careful people there.

TERRIBLE ROOM The metal handle on the toilet was broken and would cut your fingers if not careful, air conditioner was extremely noisy & kept waking me up when it cycled, hair in the bath tub, no hot water, carpet stained and dirty, tile broken around the bathtub spigot, towel under mini fridge to soak up leaking water, handles missing on drawers. I might expect these conditions for $29.00/night but not $130.00/night
