🌳Located in the Los Pinos neighborhood of Cidra, about 10 minutes from the town center. The town of Cidra is about 40 minutes from San Juan and 15 minutes from the nearest Walmart. The space is spacious, bright, cool, and relaxing. Ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city and connecting with nature in a tropical setting—perfect for your rest and relaxation.

🏡The property:
🛌- One bedroom with a queen-size bed, a closet for clothes, split-type air conditioning, an inflatable mattress, and a small table and chair ideal for a workspace, as shown in the photos. We always provide extra bedding and blankets.

📺 The living room is spacious and features a sofa bed, reading material, and a TV with local channels.

👨‍🍳 The kitchen is small but very well designed for your comfort: it has a microwave, an electric coffee maker, a small refrigerator with a small freezer, a two-burner electric stove, silverware, wine glasses, drinking glasses, mugs, a frying pan, pots, and a wine bottle opener. in short, we’ve thought of all your basic needs.

🚿- The bathroom has hot water in the shower; we provide towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, toilet paper 🧻, and hand soap.

🏥Under the sink, you’ll find the first-aid kit; we also always leave essential items you might need at the last minute, such as razors, toothbrushes, etc.
We always leave trash bags for the bathroom and kitchen.

✅-Always check the shelves in the kitchen and bathrooms.

🧺🫧-The property has a washer and dryer that you can use completely free of charge during your stay. We always leave a small amount of detergent as a courtesy; if you need to do a lot of laundry, you can buy more at the “Arenas Mini Market,” which is just a 3-minute walk from the property.
🧊-You can also buy ice at that mini-market if you need it.

🍖 -The BBQ is charcoal-fired; we do not provide charcoal. If guests wish to use it, they must bring their own.

🍃- The outdoor spaces are very spacious, surrounded by nature, and we’ve created different seating areas for your comfort.
