"I wasn't expecting to pay for parking my vehicle nightly. The staffs at all areas were very helpful especially those at the entrance and on the operation desk. I think the TV need upgrading and the carpet in the room need replacing or steam cleaning. Also, at both sides of the night table are very sharp edge metal that can cut into someone's hands especially waking up in the dark and trying to reach for something on the night table. The bathroom and linens were very clean and beds are comfortable. Hallways, elevators and hotel grounds are very clean."

"I found the hotel to be pretty sad to be honest. Although it is beautiful on the lobby, check in was awful - the line up was around the corner. The room itself was small, the shower had no pressure so it was just very weak dribble and their dryer didn’t work. Top it off we were close to the elevator so we could hear all the rowdy party goers laughing, hooting and hollering and while waiting for the elevator. Had breakfast at the clocktower and the coffee was lukewarm and breakfast was cold. I don’t understand how that is. We paid 600 dollars for the night. Not worth it. We selected this hotel based on its location and proximity to union station. However it was not worth it."

"Our room was long and narrow, but had a number of windows which meant many different views of the downtown - lovely to look out on with a cup of tea. Great bed, and loved the Byredo bathroom amenities. Also top-notch, friendly, and professional staff."
