Steps from the Beach and the Center of the Village

**We are sorry, but this cottage is only available for rentals of 26 days or more.**

Enjoy several wonderful weeks in beautiful Coronado while staying in the guest house of a lovely gated home six houses from the center of one of the best beaches in America. The main street of our charming town with lots of restaurants and shopping, is one block in the other direction.

This guest house has one bedroom, a living room and kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave oven, double burner portable hotplate and coffee maker. There is also a spacious walk-in closet and a bathroom with a shower over tub.

Often (while the home owners are away) you will have exclusive use of a charming shaded patio complete with a dining table and gas grill.

Parking in Coronado during the summer this close to the beach can be a challenge, but you will be able to keep your car safe behind the gate in the driveway.

We have beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards for your use.

Small: Galley kitchen in living room, card table size dining table. Inadequate for additional guests. great location to beach walk and town. CLEAN. Comfortable bed. Adequate walk-in closet. We arrived on 6/1/23. The owner was in Hawaii until 6/20. The step son was there, he was useless. No provision for getting our mail until 6/20. The apartment was filthy, slugs, silverfish, black mold, torn sheets on bed. The patio furniture and grill were filthy. The dog next door barked loudly on and off sometimes through the night. No cable TV. cracked bathroom sink. Parking in the street not possible from 10 am to 6 pm. After complaining we were allowed to share the driveway. The AC was an old floor model not set up. No screens on doors apartment was hot. We tried to get out immediately but nothing was available. At the end my wife complained to the owner who offered to give us the July rent back only to receive an email later rescinding the offer. We have many pictures documenting the above. This is the worst experience we have ever had and we plan to seek restitution. John E, Tiffany

Best location on Coronado Island

Perfect and best residential locationon Coronado. 5 houses from the beach, 1.5 blocks from heart of downtown and 2 blocks from the Del Coronado hotel. Small apartment easily serves 1 to 2 people and is well maintained and has about everything you need. While there's no laundry, there is a laundry 1 block away.. Good price and great location. Owners communicated well and quickly whenever needed.

Great location

This is a small but efficient unit a stones throw from the beach. Close enough to walk to Starbucks, Von’s, laundry and 1/2 block from the beach! Safe, secure and beautiful property.
