Overall fantastic stay. Food was good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Accommodation were right where they need to be. Room was great only downside was toilet in separate room and it’s not very big room. But overall didn’t spend much time in room anyways so technically it washes out or really wouldn’t count against them. View was amazing over courtyard and gulf.

This property was great. Activities, the adult Waterpark. OMG.....All the staff were so pleasant and attentive. They were all just hard working. From all disciplines just pleasant and hard working. The Buffet was everything...amazing. Definitely would revisit. My room was great. One thing I do observe i didn't like was guests did not tip and they really work hard. Not because its an all inclusive....Tip people. Overall GREAT stay. GREAT EXPERIENCE

Amazing personnel, very friendly and helpful, they are treats each guest as a queen or king. Clean hotel with a lot of entertainment for all ages. Really love live saxophone at lobby, great relaxing atmosphere. Excellent restaurants options. Just one thing I would improve: to move disco club to open area. It was too hot inside, outside with breeze from ocean it would be much better.

The Riu properties in general are excellent. This location is on a very boring section of beach. Palm trees need to be planted up closer to the shore. The water is lifeless. The food is very good as well. The shows at night are enjoyable. For the pool party crowd, this resort is a good choice for you. The drinks have very little alcohol in them, so the party crowd has to order a lot of shots. The water sports are horrible. They hire a company called Scuba Caribe that only wants your money. No snorkeling equipment or water worth swimming in. 3 sail boats but 2 are broken and the supervisor lacks customer relations skills so nobody even wants to use the one that does work. The staff gives no directions to Wave Runner renters. I almost got run over by a wave runner in the swim area. They launch from within the swim area so newbie’s to wave runners don’t understand that the swim area is dangerous and they can kill somebody by running swimmers over. The sail boat and the kayaks were also in the swim area and the life guard for the Riu had to get them out. The supervisor for Scuba Caribe needs to be removed from running water sports before an accident happens.

Beautiful resort with many pools and large beach area to relax and/or party depending on what you want to do. Restaurants + buffet were surprisingly delicious. Staff was wonderful and the entertainment was fantastic! Would stay again!

Great time with friends! Lots of activities and a quick walk to the beautiful beach. Water slides are a plus and great entertainment. We did not leave the resort as there was much to do.

I enjoyed the attentiveness of the staff making the stay super comfortable. Samantha at the front desk is incredible. Hermando who was our private chef was incredible. I just wished the resort assisted us with transportation to and from the airport. It was said since we booked via expedia rather than directly with the resort they don’t provide transportation. Other than that, great stay!

I loved it! Very beautiful, very clean, most staff was very nice. Food was okay. Could be better. Transportation from airport was terrible. I paid $130 for a taxi bc, your not allowed to have uber pick you up at the airport in cancun. Just drop off.

The staff didn’t do anything to help the consumer. I updated the room with the pool and as soon as I got in the pool, I had to get out because they had to clean the pool for about an hour when I was leaving the same day so I upgraded and didn’t get to enjoy nothing of it. There’s rooms available and staffs makes you wait until 3 PM instead of letting you get in a little early to start enjoying your day, staff was very bad and I would never stay there again.
