Overall fantastic stay. Food was good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Accommodation were right where they need to be. Room was great only downside was toilet in separate room and it’s not very big room. But overall didn’t spend much time in room anyways so technically it washes out or really wouldn’t count against them. View was amazing over courtyard and gulf.

I had a 5 day stay at the Riu Hotel in Cancun and it was great! Pros: CLEANLINESS, GREAT SERVICE (EVERYONE IS SO NICE AND HARD WORKING), NEWLY BUILT PROPERLY, LOTS OF ACTIVITIES, COMFORTABLE AND RELAXED STAY. Cons: FOOD NOT SO GREAT INCLUDING THE DRINKS, NO DEEP POOLS ALL POOLS ARE 4ft-5ft. BEACH SAND IS VERY THICK HARD TO WALK IN AND FAR FROM THE ROOMS.

Our room was on the 3rd floor it too abt 4 minutes after gttn off the elevator to get to the room /no fun pool activities/the music at the pool was horrible nothing upbeat at all security walked arnd all day which was annoying watching every single thing /u cldnt have ur own blue tooth the restaurants were terrible

We had an amazing stay at RIU Latino! The resort is beautifully designed, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of tasty options. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a gorgeous view. We especially enjoyed the pool areas and daily activities—they made it easy to relax or have fun, whatever we were in the mood for. The only letdown was the drinks—they looked appealing but didn’t quite match up in flavor or quality. Still, everything else was so fantastic that we’d absolutely return. Highly recommend RIU Latino for a fun, adults-only escape!

Honestly I had an amazing experience that I truly did not expect. The service was impeccable and my room, the hotel and property were sparkling clean. Anywhere you look at any given time someone is cleaning or grooming the property. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!

Some staff was nice but others were not… if you don’t want to be policed by the people working here don’t go here… police located on beach so no vendors, some may like this we did not… all souvenirs must be bought at the gift shop = ridiculous prices… police were highly armed and kinda takes away from the relaxing vibe most look for at the beach. NO ROOM SERVICE and food was very average, some may even say bad.
