We stayed here for 1 week and it was amazing. If I were to go back we'd stay at this same place. The beach is beautiful the Villa itself is beautiful. The service that the owners provide is amazing. We had cleaning services and directions for anything you could think of. They really cover it all. This place is way better than any all inclusive totally recommend!

Huge beautiful condo oceanfront clean beach

Open floorplan huge condo 2 ocean view bedrooms with 30ft balcony access plus a third bedroom. All three bedrooms had private bathroom w shower. NO SEAWEED! Great snorkleing! Kitchen had all the extras. Entrance with laundry and 4th bathroom (1/2 bath). Owner provided express vpn was great for accessing our streaming apps. Clean place, clean water. Downtown 5 min taxi. Will be coming back!!!

Great trip

Host is great—some of the most detailed pre-travel information I have seen was sent to us before the trip. Most is repeated in the comprehensive guest book. Condo is spacious, well furnished and has great internet/TV/music tho we didn’t use much this was a dive and relax trip. We had two adult couples and a single son—we had plenty of space and we both cooked in and went out, played cards on the deck. View is a million dollar view no doubt, and it’s quiet there—we had the pool to ourselves. Taxis are easy to town. The tequila bar next door is handy. Ruby who cleans daily is sweet and her daughter Sayuri is responsive as property manager—answered all of our questions and stocked the condo with groceries per our list prior to our arrival.The dock in front of the tequila bar is fun—we practiced our backflips. As divers we are picky snorkelers, for best results eat breakfast at coral princess and snorkel back with the current—the coral is better toward the coral princess. Plug for Pepe Scuba—they picked us up at the condo daily for the short trip to the marina—the diving in Coz is fantastic and we have used Pepe at least 15 times. Overall hard to imagine a better vacation.

Great month

Condo is exactly what you see in the listing. Rudi the housekeeper was phenomenal. Sayuri who looks after any issue you may have was quick to fix any issue. Entertainment was wonderful to have access to every channel you could think of. The pool which is heated is a huge plus.

Fabulous Place to Stay on Beautiful Cozumel

Spacious and nice place right on the water with daily housekeeping service. This place is a great find! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again. The grocery service was also helpful so we had some basics when we got there.

Wonderful and relaxing stay

The condo was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It was fabulous to have the pool and beach access. We traveled with small children and used Sandra’s Kitchen service for meals and it was the best food we’ve ever had. Ledge was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We loved our stay!

This is my 2nd time at this property and it is as wonderful now as it was last time. Everything you need, comfortable beds, great snorkeling out front, and wonderful property manager and housekeeper. Very spacious and a fantastic value

The owner of the Condo was great with communication, and the property manager couldn't have been more helpful. The Condo seemed HUGE, well appointed, and extremely nice. Floor to ceiling windows in every room made for a absolutely gorgeous view. 2 master suites is also very nice and well appreciated. Close to town, mostly quiet, and very safe, which is typically the way we feel when we visit Cozumel. I'll consider staying here next time down. Oh...and we loved loved loved having sweet Ruby come every morning and make our beds, do the dishes, and pickup after us. Super sweet lady and really helped us relax.

Coastal Oasis

My husband, daughter, and I recently stayed at this condo for 8 days. It was our second time here. We absolutely had to come back! It is always truly a dream come true. The moment you step out onto the large spacious balcony, you are greeted with breathtaking views of the turquoise sea. The condo itself was immaculately, clean and well appointed, with comfortable furnishings and all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, right on the beach and within walking distance to a local beach club.(Tequila Beach Club). Unfortunately, we had a lot of rain during our stay. (In mid June). The windows on the street side leaked. That is our only concern. We enjoyed the complementary hammocks on the beach balcony and the grill on the back balcony. It really feels like home. We definitely want to come back! Thank you so much for this condo right in the beach!!

Everything was great. Owner and host were very good. Only reason for 4 stars was the dog barking every morning at about 6am-10am I would definitely recommend the place, but the dog was a lot

Family get away

This is a beautiful property that was reflected well in the photos. Our family gathered to celebrate a birthday and all were comfortable (ages 6 mo to 60 years) and had enough space. Waking up to sweeping views of the ocean was amazing! We enjoyed the kitchen for cooking meals and had Sandra’s kitchen come in to cook a delicious meal one night. The building was secure, the beach was clean and we had a great time snorkeling off the shore. The heated pool was a highlight for all of us. The property manager is quick to respond to any needs. Recommend this condo highly!

Simply the best!

Everything was perfect from beginning to end! The condo was clean, had everything we needed, quiet, and that view! Property manager, Sayuri, was so sweet and took great care of anything we needed! I am afraid that we are quite spoiled now with this condo and will come back as long as they will have us! :)

Turquoise 180 degree View

Huge, cozy, affordable condo-home with many window views of sea and jungle! Loved location: not in town, but close. We spent a lot of time on the spacious balcony watching the boats, cruise ships, and locals swimming. Enjoyed watching a couple of movies on t.v., barbecuing, swimming in your clear-blue water on sandy beach! Even snorkeled and saw a variety of fish! Ruby was a dear and cleaned for us too! Would recommend this condo for a week or more stay!

Trip to paradise

This was our fifth trip to this beautiful beachfront paradise. I can't say enough about staying here. This home is the nicest vrbo that we have stayed at anywhere. Ledge is also by far the best host that we have ever had. We cannot wait until our next trip to cozumel. We know it will be at this flawless prperty with the very best owner. An amazing vacation

The condo unit was wonderful Very roomy and spacious and clean. Right on the beach. Very nice pool. Maid service very efficient and well done Had everything we needed Beach chairs and snorkeling equipment Plenty of beach towels Games and books and TV Ledge was very responsive to any issues and responded very quickly. The property manager was also very responsive. We would definitely stay again

Fabulous spot!!

We had a great time at Vista Dulce! The condo was perfect, lots of space, very clean, I didn’t think we needed the housekeeper Ruby to come every day but it was a nice treat to have everything so freshly cleaned each day! The balcony each morning watching the waves was perfect and we snorkeled every day right from our beach! It was a great location with lots of excursion options! We highly recommend this spot!

A Little Bit of Heaven

This condo was perfect for our 2 week stay. The view is breathtaking. This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath is very roomy and beautifully decorated. The small beach in front was a plus as most places do not have a beach. The pool has an ocean view and was by used by us most days. A taxi or car is needed to get to shopping or restaurants. We highly recommend renting this unit.
