Very nice ocean view property. New construction as of 3 years ago. Rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Rooms have a fridge and safe. Water is available for drinking. AC works well, WIFI also strong. Always had hot water which looks like it can be problem on other hotel reviews. Main Street (Melgar) is right below but they did a good job with sound proofing rooms. Would stay here again.

Deposit was higher than listed and higher than other places. Property was clean but floor needs to be mopped it was very dirty. Everything was nice and modern and I would possibly be back.

Rooms, ocean views, and double beds were good. Quiet and clean. Breakfast, Lunch open air cafe with another owner on the floor up, had a nice menu, good coffee, and a great view of the ocean.

Overnight in Cozumel

The condo was spacious and relatively comfortable, the view from our room wasn’t as nice as the photo but that is typical. The steakhouse nearby was a highlight, it was walking distance to almost everything. Overall a nice place but service at the pool was a bit strange, could just have been the language barrier and the staff were all pleasant. The DJ at Aqui & Ahora was a highlight as well as amazing scuba!
