If you want to ask for late check out they make you wait until 8am the morning of for some reason which takes away the entire reason I want late check out. I want to sleep in, not call the desk at 8am to find out if I get an extra hour before check out, and this is even after the hotel was contacted 3 months before the booking and they said I only needed to wait until check in to add late check out, then suddenly I was detoured theee times to different ways I needed to ask for it, only for one simple extra hour. Absolutely ridiculous. We also book a room with two queens. They were double beds not queens.

This hotel is in a. Great location - within walkable distance to metro, notre damme, China town and other attractions. The parking is safe and underground although spaces a a bit tight for bigger vehicles. The hot breakfast is free and has sausages , hashbrowns, waffles, assorted breads, tea coffee, juices , fruits and other packaged items. The building is in a safe area and access to floors and elevators are controlled by your room card. The hotel need some work as the rooms are old but clean. My only issue was with the bathroom as mine had some stains on the bathtub and floors. I contacted front desk and they changed me to another room. The staff was very cordial and really helpful. I would stay here next trip as well..

Hotel itself and the room was a bit tired, but the location was wonderful, 5-8 min walk from three different metro lines, easy 15 min walk to the old port. Kitchenette and full sized fridge was perfect, and 5 min walk from iga. Rates relative to other nearby properties reflected the hotel condition. More than fair value for the rate. Very spacious suites.

Everything you need is within a short walking distance to this hotel, shopping, subway, Old Montreal and the Port Area. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were decent and the breakfast was great! Will definitely be returning.

I was very impressed by the spaciousness of the rooms, and the complimentary breakfast was pleasent. It was quite convenient to have underground parking in the building for a reasonable price. The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful! I look forward to staying here again.
