💳 CANCELLATIONS ‣ For bookings where Contigo Properties is the payment processor, a 10% non-refundable processing fee applies at the time of booking. Cancellations and refunds follow the Contigo Properties Cancellation Policy provided at reservation for these platforms. If any site displays “free cancellation,” the Contigo Properties policy takes precedence. By booking, guests authorize Contigo Properties to charge the card on file per the agreed payment schedule and acknowledge that chargebacks for authorized transactions are not permitted.

Our family traveled by car and plane to attend a Celebration of Life for a loved Uncle. The layout was perfect for our extended family and the location was ideal for airport and WEM trips.
