When you’re ready to hit the slopes, you’ll be just 10 minutes from the peaks of the Heavenly Mountain Resort, while Stateline and South Lake Tahoe provide a variety of options to shop, dine, and even try your luck at glittering casinos.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms, a queen size sleeper sofa in the office, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the first floor living space.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a California king size bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.



The home also includes 2 half bathrooms as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



This property's HOA has access to a private dock and covered area. Watch sunsets or sunrises right on the lake!

• Garage and driveway parking available for 5 vehicles.
