Everything about this hotel was outstanding From valet service, door man, front desk staff. And the house car driver All amazing Wasn’t able to use the amenities as it was just over night stay but am definitely going back for a weekend stay! Hotel is right on the waterfront so lots to do within walking distance

Absolutely spotless, outstanding service from every single staff member no matter what their position, subtle scents throughout, excellent view of the harbour and square, fabulous breakfasts, gorgeous decor. The only disappointment was the room rate changing from what was shared initially. Top notch property and staff.

This was by far "THE BEST" hotel I've stayed at. From the valet young men, to the doorr staff, to the front desk, and lets not forget the restaurant and housekeeping. They greet you by your name and make you feel at home. The food was 10/10 especially the chocolate chip cookies. I'll definitely be staying here again.
