The employees are wonderful. Everyone is attentive and personable. We arrived at 1:00 and just asked if we needed to wait until 4pm. They were very welcoming and checked to see if a room was available and it was so we were able to settle in before hanging out in the bar to watch a football game. Food is REALLY good - we had lunch, dinner, and breakfast. The outdoor hot tub and pool are amazing - very clean and warm. Had a blast

The room was very nice. the carpet was a bit outdated, otherwise it was spacious and nice. My only issue was at the restaurant. We wanted to have breakfast there, so we asked to be on the list at the hostess stand. I said it was for 4, not realizing until my aunt showed up and her husband decided to come. I then told the hostess it would be 5 not 4, and she abruptly said, well that changed it all, now it will be a 45 min wait instead of 15. I understand an extra person could change thing, but it was her demeanor/customer service skills that were off putting. So much so, we choose to go to breakfast elsewhere.

The room was spotless and the pool was beautiful!! Perfect temp. Our Polar Express train ride got cancelled due to flooding and I think the pool/hot tub still made the drive worth it. :) Food at the restaurant was great too!
