Disliked: Check-in
The house was amazing and truly a 5-star property. It was quiet, spacious, and perfect for our group—two families with three kids. The kitchen was very well stocked, and overall the home was comfortable and beautifully maintained. The only challenges were weather-related: Incline Village received a lot of snow right before our arrival, so we had to shovel our way to the hot tub, and the steep, icy driveway was difficult even with a 4WD vehicle. Additionally, the bedroom over the garage did not have a heater powerful enough for winter conditions, so we weren’t able to use that fourth bedroom.Despite that, the place is awesome, and we would absolutely come back.

Overall a great place to spend a week with a family of 8. Reservation/ check-in/check out were all easy and communication with Sunbear was very good. House is very spacious and kitchen well stocked. TV’s in every room helps with family needs. BBQ and spa on rear deck are nice amenities. Front deck area was a nice place to hang out. There were a few little things that need some attention (shared with host) but we enjoyed our week here and would recommend this property.
