"First of all, the staff of the hotel itself were incredible!!! The lobby is beautiful, but that honestly seems where they spent all of their funds during remodel. The area isn’t awful, but if you’ve had a long day, definitely try to get to your room before 6pm. Traffic is terrible after 6pm. There are bars EVERYWHERE, so take that into account. The parking situation was annoying, valet (separate company from Omni) was hit and miss. They broke a key fob on our rental but they didn’t charge for valet and said they’d pay for the new fob, so there is that. Breakfast “included” just means they have a restaurant that sells breakfast foods at airport prices. In all honesty, I don’t feel like those things would stop me from visiting again, but I definitely feel like it isn’t worthy of 5 stars."

"We chose this location due to its proximity to Gainbridge Fieldhouse for a concert. If I ever go to another event at that location, I will definitely pick this hotel first. It is walkable to several different restaurants within a block in either direction. The only small issue we had was that several of us were told breakfast is served until 10 am (we stayed Sun- Mon) but when we arriived a little after 9am, they had shut down at 9. The front desk took off our valet charge to compensate for the error. It was very appreciated! This hotel was very clean. The outdoor area was relaxing. The room was spacious and very clean. "
