"My stay here was overall a good experience. Check-in was slow because we were about 15 minutes early no problem, we were waiting for final inspection of our room and were told they’ll let us know when our room was ready. Then a party that came much after us with the same type of room was given their key about 10 minutes before us. We had to go back up and remind staff we were waiting for our room. Staff were gracious and kind throughout our stay. The lobby was uncomfortably warm the entire stay. We had 3 travelers and got 2 breakfast vouchers which is great had the breakfast been sit down and made to order. We would’ve had to pay if that third guest wasn’t sleeping in. It was buffet style eggs bacon sausage and a few options of other items but was very similar to open breakfast at the Holiday Inn. Staff at breakfast were great and the food was good. Round of applause for cleaning staff as this was the CLEANEST hotel I have stayed at in quite some time. It was comfortable and modern. I heavily enjoyed my stay even though it was just overnight for a funeral; I was happy stay somewhere comfortable. "
