"Airport shuttle very convenient and appreciated. Small but efficient room, comfortable bed, bus stop next to hotel. Bus stop to main street, to catch the 7 Subway. Hotel walls are very thin. Breakfast potatoes were spoiled, pastries were not as fresh. Room did the job. Very few parking spaces."

"Clean pool. Nice staff. Room very clean. Onsite valet parking for 40 a night with in and out. "

"The staff were incredibly nice, letting us check in our bags 2 hours prior and even after the check out, let us store our bags for 5 hours as we stroll around flushing. The beds were soft and clean as well for the bathroom. Breakfast was a standard less menu option however they're dumplings they served was delicious. Great stay and would 100% come back if fate allows it"

"My check-in experience was disappointing. The gentleman at the front desk was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. He was stoic and came across as cold, unfriendly, and disengaged. First impressions matter, and this was not a good one. In contrast, the housekeeping staff were helpful, courteous, and professional, which was the only positive aspect of my stay."
