"The location was great and the room was comfortable as well as pretty. There were decent Vietnamese and western options for breakfast with fresh ordered eggs and pho which I enjoyed a lot. But what made my stay absolutely fabulous was the staff there, as they were so friendly and helpful, especially Jenny! She answered lots of my questions and provided information even before I reached there, and the restaurants she recommended were affordable and delicious. After comparing prices I got from travel agents, I booked my Ha Long Bay cruise from the hotel as well. Cannot recommend more!"

"This is a new property. It is attached to the fabulous Lotte mall so you don't even have to go outside to go to the mall. The roof top bar and infinity pool are superb. Our room on 20th floor with a balcony offered a fabulous view of West Lake and privacy. The staff were extremely helpful. We had a minor problem with the sliding glass door to the balcony making wind noise one evening and the building team immediately fixed it. I would suggest making your own transportation arrangements, however, if you are on a budget."

"Lovely hotel, staff really friendly stayed in a junior suite which was lovely. Breakfast was great fresh omletre cooked to order but plenty of choice of other breakfast items, fresh fruit in room, lovely bath, shower etc. spa was great had a full body massage and facial which were both excellent. Highly recommended "
