"We booked this hotel for a family vacation. We specifically booked this one because it said it had an indoor pool being it was cold outside when we went I wanted the kids to have something to do inside. However, the indoor pool was connected to the outdoor pool through the wall so it was extremely cold and the water was cold. Therefore, my kids were not able to swim. I also found the valet parking very inconvenient. We were told we had to pay $27 a day for valet parking and no self parking option on site. Honestly on several occasions we had to call or text for our vehicle. On one specific occasion I did so then we waited out in the freezing cold with our kids for our car. They drove the car up and parked it in the middle of the road blocking traffic. I was putting my baby in the car seat and had people honking at me to hurry up. The room was basic. I feel like for a Hilton It was a mediocre experience. I was unimpressed to be honest."

"Outdated rooms need some updating but overall comfortable beds. If you are a smoker make sure you leave the property to smoke or you will get yelled at for smoking outside of the room on property. "
