The room I booked was over sold. I spent most of my vacation talking to the front desk. The day we checked in they told us to check the following day for the room we booked. We checked in 3 times and the water pressure in the shower was awfully unbearable. Not once did they offer to switch rooms. We were promised a manager would call us, that never happened. The 1st lady who checked us in was nice but everyone else just gace us the run around. Not giving us a room with proper hot water is ridiculous. They are obviously investing in giving the place a makeover. They need to foucs on ensuring whats currently avaliable is fully working. They also need to invest in properly training the front desk with customer service and communication. Instead it felt like no one wanted to take responsibility for what happened amd finger pointed. Never again. So many people were complaining.
