The Grand Chateau Las Vegas is a luxurious resort located just off the famous Las Vegas Strip. The resort offers spacious and stylish accommodations, perfect for both leisure and business travelers.



The guest rooms at the Grand Chateau are designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Each room features a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenett, separate living and dining areas. The rooms also come with modern amenities such as flat-screen TVs, high-speed internet access, and luxurious bedding. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of amenities at the resort, including a rooftop pool with cabanas and a hot tub, a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, and an on-site restaurant and bar. The resort also offers a concierge service to help guests with any special requests or needs they may have. Whether you're visiting Las Vegas for a weekend getaway or a longer stay.



CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: There will be roadway construction near the resort from Sept. 1 through Dec. 2025 as the city prepares for a Formula 1 race. Additionally, Beginning June 7, 2026 to Oct. 4, 2026, Marriott's Grand Chateau will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.

My family of 5 traveled to Vegas for a cheer competition and booked this suite to split with another cheer family of 5 and it was PERFECT!! Check-in was quick and easy and we were even able to check in early. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The pool and spa on the 5th floor were great for the kids to let out some energy. There’s even a Starbucks (limited options) downstairs in the lobby area. It was great to still be in the middle of the strip, without the casino/smoking environment. I would 100% recommend and book again!

In town for a conference and it was great to avoid the smokey casinos and stay somewhere with clean air. Not a gambler so this was perfect. Having our own kitchen saved a lot of money as we could stock up on snacks, drinks and breakfast items. Highly recommend for someone who wants something a bit quieter and different from a casino hotel in Vegas.

Family of 8 Super Spacious!

We had 3 adults and 4 teenage girls in our group. This space was perfect with 3 bedrooms! We had enough space that allowed them to throw clothes everywhere, seperste from our tidy adult space! We will stay here again!

Horrible communication with ResortShare

The hotel stay was great, my issue is with the owner and ResortShare. The property requires you to assign someone as the primary person for check in, yet doesn’t tell you that it takes 5 days for a new name to be added to the reservation. Nor do they tell you that you can’t have more than one person as a primary. My friend who was supposed to arrive early to check in had to change her ACflight last minute so I contacted ResortShare to update the name for check in and received a “you’re good to go” message. However, when we go to check in there was no reservation under the three possible names I gave them to add to the reservation. It turns out the owner and ResortShare never updated the names on the reservation in the 6 months since booking and on top of that they never sent me the official Marriott reservation number. It took over two hours to finally be able to check in and caused a significant amount of stress. I will never be booking through Vrbo ever again.

Vegas fun

Our friends and ourselves enjoyed the privacy of having our own rooms and bathrooms, while being able to share the kitchen and living space. It’s right off the strip and offers great views of the city. We hope to stay here again in the future.
