The staff was rude not just one person. But everyone i encountered at the front desk. Even upon check in I didn’t even get a hello how are you. It was how do you spell your last name. And when I had a questions they all seem annoyed rolled their eyes couldn’t even speak in complete sentences. One of the front desk girls even seem to be high on the job. Other than that I booked this hotel based on the location to the stadium the room was fine. It was honestly just everyone at the front desk who was awful.

You get what you pay for. Towels had visible stains. Sofa bed was terrible and it was where my son was going to sleep. He ended up without a bed and just sleeping on the sofa.

Parking is not free, $22 for 10-hour stay is ridiculous. Hotels.com does not identify the parking is not free, not happy. This was too costly stay I would not choose if I knew. Additionally, the parking is with third party, have to provide the third-party credit card and bunch of additional personal info.

Room was clean but unfortunately each front staff member on arrival and the next day on departure did not even as much smile it seemed as if they were upset they had to be at work? Not sure what they had going on that day in their personal life but unfortunately when you’re in the customer service business you need to put that aside. Definitely need to make an effort to make them feel welcomed.
