The whole hotel smelled like sewage the hallways were freezing and not heated. My lake view was not that good and the pictures that were shown on the room I booked at a balcony, but then I get to a room that didn’t have a balcony. Never again.

We loved how spacious the suite at this hotel. Will stay definately do a saycarton again. The only thing we had issue was that as soon as you walk into the property, it smelled like sewage even at the hotel hotel lobby. The smell was not in the room, thank goodness. It was really quiet, there wasn't that many people walking around in the village but that was ok. We loves walking around the property.

An old favorite from back in the day. This hotel was first a ritz Carlton and now a Hilton. The property while dates has an elegance that has not been lost. A great value. Staff were wonderful. Make sure to eat the bar food. It is incredible.
