Terrible place to stay.

We got our two rooms that we paid for, for Friday night and Saturday. After checking my room 126 Friday (and my parents going into there's was 131). We had found a freshly killed cockroach under the bed by the wall, the bathtub didn't drain and would full up with and slimy residue when I tried to take a shower, it had a foul smell when first walking in, stains all over the bed and floor, towels looked used and stained. My parents check there room there was no phone hooked up, stains on the floor and the bedding, foul smell as well and traces of bed bugs (not alive so dead in the rims of the bed) and toe nail clippings surrounding the around the bed. Nicely complained to the staff about what was wrong, said they have an exterminated come in 3 times a month.. And they don't have roaches and bed bugs.. When I showed them calls proof of the photos I took and my parents took. Told them I wanted this taken care of and we didn't even complete our first night in our rooms (both i paid for, for there 10 year wedding anniversary) the rooms looked amazing from the pictures online.. disgusting, disappointing and not like what was advertised. The guy said he'd call the room that they moved us into in 15 minutes to let me know all that he can do (from 2 rooms with a queen bed each to one room with 2 beds where there were water type bugs creeping around on the one bed, bathroom, floor and walls). He never called, so this morning at 7am ish I went to the front desk and only just apologised.

The property needs repairs and needs to be cleaner, do the cleaning well in the rooms and on the property in general or and have better channel service on television.

Though the front desk attendants were fast and friendly, this was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in, and I am usually fine with inexpensive 2.5 star motels. The bedspread had a blood stain, the toilet didn't flush, the shower had inconsistent pressure and the water temperature varied from very cold to burning hot multiple times in a 10 minute shower, room hasn't been renovated for 30 years, including cracking caulking (except flooring seemed fairly recent), stains on walls, counters, and floors, the bed felt like I was sleeping on the box spring, and I could clearly hear neighboring conversation at a normal volume. I chose the room for it's location near the Art District and Downtown, but it was in a sketchy part of town. I definitely do not recommend it!

Toilet was black in the very deep area, the bed was noisy, we were in the 1st level and we can hear the neighbor in the 2nd story steps like he will fall into our room, the lighting was poor. Sadly we are not comming back to this hotel :(

This hotel sucks.

Front desk staff rude. Room ugly and dirty. Smells. Pillow cases had not been changed. Beds are horrible- old mattress. All furniture is awful. Cleaning ladies are friendly. The owners don't care much about his place. You can tell.

Old but fairly well maintained

Location: The hotel is unfortunately located on a very noisy street but there are lots of neat little restaurants near by and also the Stratosphere!
The sleeping area and bathroom weren't perfectly clean but it wasn't bad. I found a hair under the bedspread of one of the beds and the bathroom floor looked like it could have used a more thorough mopping. The beds were too firm and they gave us the wrong wifi password or username so I couldn't use the internet but I was too tired to care much but I'm sure if I had called down to the front desk, they would have corrected the problem. The place is obviously old but it didn't have a run down feel to it. The room was very small though. The t.v. was a large flat screen, they had nice bath products to use, there was a microwave and a there was a fridge which I was really grateful for. The staff were professional both in their manner and their appearance.
