The check in clerk was rude and expressed disapproval of booking through Travelocity, claiming, “We don’t get that miner.” I asked him if he thought I was staying for free and he got quiet. There are “hidden” amenity fees not included in the Travelocity price. Worst of all, the place is run down and the room stinks.

Concrrns: 1. Folks hanging around property high or drunk. 2. Signs warning to hide items in car. 3. Graffiti in elevator. 4. Shabby and dirty corridors between sections of building.

Than you for your review, unfortunately we cannot police the state of guests hanging around the parking area should other guests be giving you issues please contact the front desk so that we may send our security guard to de-escalate the issue. Signs to secure items are present all throughout Las Vegas as properties are not at fault for unsecured items and recommend personal items are secured. We will take care to address all other issues you experienced during your stay.

Proximity was good easy walk to locations. Staff were attentive and friendly, the security guard was approachable and friendly. I did not like the blood stains on the ceiling near the heater. It was bothersome.

This is a good location, the rooms are nice, and it's pretty affordable. However, they're not very well organized. The morning of the day I'd check in, I called them, and they told me I had to check in at the sister property next door. So I went to do that, and waited in line 30 minutes because they'd just had a power outage. That's outside their control and it's not a 5-star hotel, so whatever. But then, after waiting 30 minutes, they told me I actually needed to check in at the Super 8! So just wasted half an hour. Then, I got back late that night from a show, and my room key didn't work. There was no one working overnight; I tried both lobbies and calling their number. Apparently there was a security guard somewhere who could've helped me, but I didn't see them and didn't know to look for them. So I ended up just sleeping in my car until someone came and opened the lobby. Everyone was friendly and apologetic about both the problems I had, and they ended up giving me a small refund for my troubles. So they're definitely trying, and the room was pretty nice. I might still come back, but I thought it would be fair to let other travelers know they could run into some problems.
