This property is simply magical. The staff was amazingly friendly and their love for the property is palpable. Everything at the property has been carefully selected and manicured, the attention to detail is impeccable. Staying here made our Sintra stay an unforgettable one. Thank you! Will be back soon!

The staff room and amenities was great. The only problem was breakfast. The breakfast was not at the level of the hotel. Fruits were not fresh, tomatoes were spoiled and overall made you feel that you were eating left over from the day before.

This hotel was close to attractions, metro and buses. It was walkable to shops, restaurants, seaside, etc. the room was clean and the service was great. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was really good for the price and all food were refilled until the end. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel has a great location and very clean rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We are happy that we booked this hotel. The only downside with the hotel room is the flooring in the bathroom. The flooring is marble and is quite slick.

First time in Lisbon and this property excelled in every category. The staff was super helpful, kind, and impressively fluent in English. I don’t recall there being a gym nor pool but walking around the city was the only workout needed. The breakfast was very impressive with many hot and cold options along with an espresso machine. Will stay here again.

We loved this hotel! It was so close to everything and we experienced the total blackout with the hotel, the staff did everything they could to help and were so kind. We were very happy with our stay! The room was pretty and clean. Would go here again definitely.

My wife and I stayed for two nights ( 6-7th June). The Hotel staff ( daytime & Nightime) were excellent, very helpful, polite and professional. Our room was in perfect condition. The hotel has been upgraded electronically, which is modern bonus, with everything done at a touch of a switch. We highly reccomend this hotel, a real gem.

American couple, five day stay. Madalena is a 5 star out of 5 star hotel. Centrally located on a quit street. Refrigerator, safe, American movies on several TV channels (Portuguese subtitles), staff spoke good English. Rooms are not big but cozy. We were gone most the day so room size is not an issue. Quit sleeping at night, room was cleaned every day. What more can we say but you get what you pay for. This hotel offers great value if your staying in Lisbon.
