We were only there one night and had to leave before breakfast so no review of breakfast. The room was quite small but we had a nice view of the plaza. The bed was comfortable and thank goodness for the AC as the weather was record hot! The shower felt great

The location was excellent for exploring the main sights of Lisbon. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast buffet was good too. But the real highlight was the service from the reception team, particularly the outstanding Daniela for whom nothing was too much trouble, helping all members of our small group in so many ways.

This hotel was situated in the best place! It overlooks beautiful Rossio Square and you go down the main walkway street through the stone arch to the huge white square and the sea. We loved the hotel, very comfortable bed and vety clean & stylish bsthroom with a great shower! We were lucky to have a great view too. The train station is a 2 minute walk down the street, we took the direct train to Sintra which we highly recommend, the walk on the Moorish Castle was stunning!
