"Soundproofing wasn’t amazing. The fridge and air con wasn’t the best especially in the 30c° + heat. Housekeeping did not clean my room and had to request reception for the service. Could do a with a shower screen in the bathroom, as the floor got wet whenever you used the shower"

"Great hotel to use as a base, just 10 minutes walk from Waterloo. Our room was clean, functional, as long as you didn't mind not having a view. Staff were helpful, breakfast was busy but was good quality and plenty of choice. Well worth the money we paid for the stay."
