Room was fine, but front desk staff service was disappointing. Despite booking a premium room, high floor, they initially put our room on the 1st floor. Then when i said we booked a higher room, they said “sorry high floor been taken”, followed by “are you sure you booked that?” As though i was lying? After showing my expedia receipt, they gave me a room on the 7th floor (out of 13). Still not a high floor but after a long day of travel you take what you get
