"Room was ready before scheduled check-in. Our luggage did not arrive and the hotel provided us with the necessary toiletries for us to get by. Turndown service always provided ice each night. All staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Location was great; walking distance to excellent restaurants and local attractions like the harbour and the opera house."

"We have stayed at this hotel regularly for the past six years, but unfortunately this year’s experience was probably the worst, particularly when it came to breakfast. The bacon and other hot items were consistently only lukewarm and the overall quality of the hot food was poor. This was disappointing given how reliable it has been in previous years. We have always enjoyed staying here, which makes this decline in breakfast quality even more noticeable. We hope this is addressed, as it does not reflect the standard we’ve come to ex"
