Juste parfait

Nous avons séjourné chez Santiago, l'appartement est nikel. Il est bien situé. Clim fonctionnelle et nécessaire en juillet, appartement trÚs calme et propre. Tout était parfait et hÎte trÚs sympa.

This apartment is in a very convenient location, with affordable grocery shopping and bars/restaurants steps away. It is on a quiet side street and is a perfect place to stay in the middle of Madrid. I stayed here a month and recommend it without hesitation. Host is attentive and accommodating, as well.

Live like a Madrileño

We very much enjoyed our stay at Santiago's apartment. The location was perfect and away from tourist areas; we got to experience local market shopping, walks along the Manzanares and and Retiro, and proximity to key stations.

Can't praise Santiago and this wonderful property enough!

The apartment is lovely and so comfortable. The location is in a real neighborhood but incredibly close to the tourist attractions and museums of Madrid. The kitchen is well appointed for simple cooking and the laundry is handy for light packers. The building is quite quiet at night for comfortable sleeping. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. This is in the top 2 VRBOs we've rented over the years. We plan to return in the future. Santiago is a gracious host! Unequivocally 5 stars.

A wonderful week in Madrid

The apartment is on a quiet street in a working class neighborhood and there are lots of shops and a large market nearby. It is close to the metro and the Atocha train station, which was very convenient if one intends to do day trips. Many tourist destinations can be reached by walking. The cafes nearby are mostly frequented by locals and we had some interesting conversations. The host, Santiago was very responsive and accommodated our early morning arrival. Everything worked out great.

Family Stay in Madrid

Our family of 4 enjoyed our time in Madrid immensely! The location allowed us to enjoy a neighborhood in Madrid, with shopping and restaurants steps away (Blue Havana is a must!), but we were also steps away from the Metro, museums, and the train station that allowed us to do day trips in other cities in Spain. The apartment was clean, quiet, and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed to make some meals at home. Santiago is an incredible host. We can't wait to come back again!

We was here with 4 adults for 1 week over New Year's Eve. 1 couple of us had to sleep in a bunk bed, but we are still young enough so that it was no problem for us. Everything other was also OK, the location is very close to the City and to have a supermarket across the street is also very good. We would recommend this appartment.

Excellent home base for discovering Madrid

This well appointed apartment is in a very clean neighborhood not far from Atocha station. There is a market just across the street. It is within walking distance of some major sites, if you don’t mind walking a little bit. While parking is available, it is best to park a few blocks away. Santiago is a fantastic host. He was easy to communicate with and met us when we arrived. He showed us the apartment and explained everything we needed to do. She also made some fantastic restaurant recommendations which we followed and we’re very happy. If we visit Madrid again we will definitely stay at Santiago‘s place.

Todo genial¥ leí muy buenas opiniones en otras webs de viajes y me anime a reservar y la verdad que muy bien. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y no le falta de nada, y que tenga dos baños siempre viene bien. Ademås esta al lado de mercadona y de un mercado tradicional autentico de barrio. La calle es tranquila así que se duerme bien. Estå al lado de lavapies, y se puede ir caminando al museo Reina sofia y la estación de atocha AVE. Gracias Santiago por todo. Volvere¥
