The staff was very courteous. The lobby was as expected. Our room had a bit of a smell when going in, but after a while you didn't feel it. The food was delicious, though a bit pricey. Overall, I still would visit again.

The carpeting in the hallway especially in front of the elevator was filthy. Clearly not vacuumed for days. Very limited food options in the Courtyard and the adjacent Marriott. Especially as there are no good restaurants near the hotel.

Convenient location near the airport with a reliable shuttle and smooth check-in/out. However, the hotel feels dated—worn carpets, dim rooms, nearly empty toiletries, and no complimentary water. Food quality was poor for the price, and breakfast was limited despite being labeled as a buffet. Overall, functional for a quick airport stay, but not great value for money.
