The hotel has added a parking charge. When we returned back after dinner, the entire parking lot is full and this is not a part of the town where there is any street parking within about a mile when we try to speak to someone at the hotel, there is no staff on site only a virtual assistant, and they had absolutely no solution

There was bed bugs , was beaten by bugs all over my chest and back , old mattress , squeaky, mattress box was broken, the vanity sink was clung , horrible smell inside room and the carpet floor were smelling strong odors , towels were old and a lot of yellowish , disgusting glowed attached to them , I dry out myself with my own tshirts and swimming pool closed was out of order there was not no body when I contacted front desk , I texted their customer service to refund my credit card and I have not received any response yet Please resolve the problem otherwise I would contact credit card company to dispute the charges , it was totally unacceptable and disappointing, there was a kiosk to Check in and was difficult to understand him and he was adding additional charges without context or my approval on my credit card,

Bare bones comfort. Rooms were quiet and comfortable but: Hard floors had no rugs. Walls had no decorations. The TV service was excellent. I was able to log in to YouTube with my own account. This made me feel right at home.
