Stunning hotel right in the heart of downtown Montreal! The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. I’m still in awe of how incredible the entire hotel smelled...it truly added to the experience. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to transit, top shopping, great restaurants, and lively bars, making the stay both comfortable and fun. I would 100% recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!

First room smelled of toxic smoke at night and during the breakfast hours coming from room below which apparently had a kitchen. Hotel changed our room to a worse room when there was availability in the hotel.

Arrived and my room was not ready. I didn't get access to my room until 445pm, when guaranteed availability is 4pm. I'm a frequent traveler and have stayed this hotel numerus times. concession for my inconvenience was 1 drink at the bar.
