The presence of Naomi and her professionalism and friendliness and approachability. Jade on the concierge team was excellent and sincerely cared about the guest experience and made numerous suggestions for our stay that enhanced our experience. Amenities are nice: enjoy the in-room Nespresso, housecoat/slippers, and accessibility to snack and drink. Downfall; the room floor could have been cleaned better. There were crumbs on the ground and left me with a feeling of unease, like maybe they didn’t clean enough. The building is a little outdated but rooms are mostly refreshed.
