Such an awesome property for large groups! The location was close to everything, & everything else was a short metro ride away. Property was clean, secure & full of amenities. Great coffee just downstairs. Highly recommend!
Although the host was prompt with communication, this rental was in a state of disrepair and lacked in cleanliness. Neither toliet was flushing properly when we arrived, but they did come and fix it the next day. Two of the rooms didn't have AC, but they installed one for us. Mainly, there were very raucous and loud people upstairs two of the four nights we were there, and it kept us up all night. I think this place makes a good party pad but should be advertised as such. I'm also waiting to hear back about an extra 100 charge on my credit card and have had no response.
wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden, die Lage und die Verkehrsanbindung war sehr gut. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe, wo man auch gut essen kann.
Das einzige Manko ist, nach unserem Befinden, dass die Wohnung eher hellhörig ist und man die Nachbarn oberhalb hört.
Ansonsten war alles komplett in Ordnung.

The property was at a good location and the beds were very comfortable and the management responded quickly to questions. Unfortunately the listing said parking was available, which is not correct. No parking spot with property and parking in area is by permit. Also the road was closed the weekend we were there. In addition, it is listed as having air conditioning. It was a 3 bedroom apartment with one small portable air conditioner. One if the bedrooms does not have window, so can't even open window.
