This is a basic motel with large rooms and comfortable furnishings. Breakfast is limited but adequate. Staff is not particularly helpful. When I checked out, there was no one there to process my bill. After ringing the bell, a gentleman eventually appeared. He wiped his face with his personal bath towel, which he then left on the counter while he printed my bill. I had the feeling I had interrupted his shaving. Ugh.

Pros: Location
Cons: See above comments about our experience. A facility that is missing the opportunity to be a wonderful and welcoming place.
Location: All sorts of things, in the midst of the peninsula of Silicon Valley.
Shower leaked all over the bathroom, making it a danger to my wife, who had just completed hip surgery and therefore needed this "disability" room. Management had no solution and no concern for this problem, saying that no one else had complained? "Accessible" but very dangerous! They told us they were booked FULL when we wanted an extension to our stay. We went on Travelocity and booked the extension on our own--only then did they extend our stay. Usually a call to the front desk was enough for an additional day, but they wanted us to come to the office and re-book as if it were a new stay. A rude front desk clerk. Breakfast was trivial--an insult to the almost $200 daily rate. The refrigerator was unstable and fell out of the cabinet every time we needed to access it. The coffee maker leaked water every time we made a brew. The owner/manager (a very nice gentleman) seemed oblivious to any problems at his facility, trusting in his lieutenants perhaps?

Room is nice and updated. It's nice when it seems like the owners aren't pinching pennies. This is probably the nicest super 8 in the country. They must be tied down by contract to super8 because it doesn't make sense that they would tie such a nice hotel to the cheaply thought super8 franchise. That said, the bathtub showers need updating, other than that the place is safe and very comfortable.

Clean but no pool.

Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: no pool
The problem is that Travelosity website said this hotel had a heated pool when we confirmed, but it was changed when we arrived at the hotel.

Quick Biz Trip

Pros: Quiet, as expected for the price
I did not get to take advantage of any of the perks advertised at this motel due to the length of time I was in town. However, the room was exactly what I expected. Average quality, comfortable bed, clean room and a fair price. I checked in pretty late, around 11:30pm, and the staff member at the service window was not very courteous. No greeting, grumpy, mumbled in a thick accent which made communicating difficult, BUT, had my reservation close by and got me to my room quickly. I would return to this motel again, only for business and only for the night.
