Good Hotel.

Hotel was undergoing renovation and hence a bit messy. Front desk staff is excellent. They do not allow guest to cut queue and politely ask them to wait their turn. Breakfast is alright and service is good. They remember your selection on your second visit and will deliver it to your table. Had dinner at the cafe on the second floor. Food is good and so is the service. Bed is comfortable but the floor is a bit sticky so did not try to go barefoot. Generally housekeeping is good.

Lobby was not available. A big negative for leisure travellers. Kitchen dining and service can improve quite a bit. A trend I am seeing in all hotels of this stature. Very good house keeping. Young staff needs lot of traning. On the job traning without supervision at the cost of guests is not OK.
